Terms of Service

These terms govern all B2B cooperation between Trayo Tableware and our business partners. Please review carefully before placing orders.

Scope of Cooperation

These Terms of Service apply to all business transactions between Trayo Tableware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and registered B2B clients, including but not limited to:

  • Standard product wholesale orders
  • Custom OEM/ODM manufacturing services
  • Sample development and prototyping
  • Export logistics and compliance documentation

All orders are subject to acceptance by Trayo. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet our production capabilities or ethical standards.

Order Rules

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Standard products: 500 sets per SKU
Custom OEM/ODM: 1,000 sets per design
Trial orders may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Terms

30% deposit upon order confirmation
70% balance before shipment
Accepted methods: T/T, PayPal (for samples), LC at sight for orders above $50,000 USD

Lead Time

Standard products: 15-20 working days after deposit
Custom orders: 25-35 working days after sample approval
Peak season (Q4 & Wedding season): add 5-7 days buffer

Customization Terms

Sampling Fee

Standard samples: $50-$100 USD (refundable upon bulk order)
Custom mold samples: $200-$500 USD depending on complexity
Turnaround: 5-7 working days

Mold Ownership

Mold fee: $800-$3,000 USD (one-time)
Ownership transfers to client after full payment
Trayo retains production rights unless exclusive agreement is signed

Note: Logo stamping/embossing services are available at no extra charge for orders above MOQ. Artwork must be provided in vector format (AI/EPS).

Quality & After-Sales

Inspection Standards

All products undergo 3-stage QC: raw material inspection, in-line production checks, and pre-shipment final inspection. We comply with FDA, LFGB, and SGS standards. Clients may arrange third-party inspection at their own cost.

Quality Guarantee

Defect rate tolerance: ≤2% for standard orders
Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
Replacement or credit note will be issued for verified defects

Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling
  • Normal wear and tear from intended use
  • Modifications made by third parties
  • Claims filed beyond the 7-day window

Liability & Dispute Resolution

Breach of Contract

Client's breach: Failure to pay balance results in order cancellation and forfeiture of deposit
Trayo's breach: Delivery delays beyond 15 days entitle client to 5% discount on delayed portion

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable circumstances. Notification must be provided within 48 hours.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, parties agree to binding arbitration under CIETAC rules in Guangzhou, China. Governing law: PRC Contract Law.
